CANCELLATION: Full refund of attendee registration fees will be granted provided written notification received at the WAMOA office at least 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be granted for cancellations within 30 days of the event or later. |

Our Educational Partners are vital to our organization and we look forward to celebrating that relationship at our Annual Conference with the Trade Show, reception and golf tournament every year. We hope that being a part of our 2026 Annual Conference is something that you will consider as we value you and your contributions to WAMOA. You are part of what makes WAMOA great!
Trade show booth selection for 2026 is open to Platinum & Gold Partners now.
Registration for all other Ed Partners will open April 2026.
*New for 2026: We have added 17 8X8 booths, these will be $1250 and may not be combined with another booth. (8x8 booths are the "A")
8X10 booths are $1500 and can be combined.
All Booths include 2 attendees, 4 attendees MAXIMUM per booth.
