Region 8 Meeting

I will be monitoring the weather in the surrounding areas as best I can and will be communicating updates if necessary regarding travel.

1. This month we have the privilege of opening the floor to members of MacDonald-Miller.  They will be discussing HVAC service and maintenance, building controls and system integrations with a demonstration of the Niagara Software.  This software, in short, makes buildings smarter, more efficient and easier to manage by combining systems into one platform.  With all of our aging buildings and the green buildings law, discussions around these important areas are a must.  You don’t want to miss it or ignore it.

1. Registration opened Monday, Jan 5 - email? Or through the WAMOA website.  Space is limited.

2. Jahmad Canley will be completing his empowerment and education series.

3. Grant opportunities opened on Tuesday, Jan 6.  If you need financial assistance to attend, please consider submitting an application.  Due by Jan 30; notified by Feb 15.
